Right of withdrawal

Did you purchase a Livoo product but it does not meet your expectations?

The conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal depend on where you purchased your product:

• If you made your purchase on our website livoo.fr, you have 14 days to return the product to us from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision either via our contact form.

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments related to your order, including delivery charges, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the product subject to withdrawal. The product must be intact and in its original packaging with the manual and accessories.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

However, the return shipping costs are your responsibility
