You purchased a Livoo product that arrived damaged or is not functioning, even though it is still under warranty?
The product return conditions depend on where you purchased your product:
- If you made your purchase on our website livoo.fr, please notify us of your return request either via our contact form.
Once your request is received, sif the defect cannot be resolved remotely by our technical service, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the defective or damaged product.
You will then have the option to request an exchange or a refund (please confirm your choice when making your request).
If you choose a refund, we will refund all payments related to your order, including delivery charges, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the defective product.
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
If you opt for an exchange, we will send you a new product no later than 72 hours after receiving the defective product.
